hyprctl: avoid parsing string::npos on invalid cmd (#7544)

* hyprctl: avoid parsing string::npos on invalid cmd

invalid lines passed to hyprctl keyword made the string parsing try to
parse std::string::npos, avoid that and return an error text instead.
