* opengl: report shader compilation errors from screen_shader

* opengl: prefer .data()

* opengl: move shader error logging to logError

* opengl: quick glGetShaderiv -> glGetProgramiv fix

* opengl: typo fix

* opengl: format fixes

* opengl: logError -> logShaderError
