Update mouse cursor documentation (#150)
* Update mouse cursor documentation I was having trouble with getting the cursor to work on chromium/electron flatpak applications. I updated this section of the documentation with what worked for me. * Update _index.md * Move archwiki link to the bottom of cursor no worky ...so that the cursor can worky. ;33 also update flatpak part.
