Add initial linux_dmabuf protocol support

Tested with

    ./weston-simple-dmabuf-drm
    ./weston-simple-dmabuf-drm --import-immediate=1
    ./weston-simple-dmabuf-drm --y-inverted=1
    (and combinations)

Supports only single plane XRGB dmabufs for now.
