pointless. I'm removing this preemtively for that.

Use #if instead of #ifdef for wlroots config data
...
This prevents some annoying issues when e.g. not including wlr/config.h or
making a typo in the guard name.

x11_handle_input_event: Remove return value
...
handle_x11_event() and x11_handle_input_event() react to different kinds
of events, so it does not make much of a difference if
x11_handle_input_event() signals if it handled an event or not.

Backport screenshooter fixes from the renderer redesign v1

This backports some changes to #319 to fix the screenshooter data
format. This also adds wlr_backend_get_renderer which will be
