xdg-desktop-portal backend for wlroots

Building

meson build
ninja -C build

Installing

ninja -C build install

Make sure XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=sway is set.

/usr/lib/xdg-desktop-portal -r &
xdg-desktop-portal-wlr
